The 462 condominium units in the Trump International Hotel Waikiki Beach Walk were first offered for sale in November 2006, three years prior to completion of the 38-story condo hotel at the corner of Kalia and Saratoga. The luxurious property is situated in a prime location approximately 100 yards from DeRussy Beach and just across Saratoga Road from Ft. DeRussy Park. A development of Iron-gate AZREP, the hotel is managed by the Trump Hotel Collection.

Buyers of studio, one, two, and three bedroom units have the option to live in their units or rent them out as hotel guest rooms or suites. Hotel amenities are available to both owners and renters. Currently approximately 80 percent of the units are available for rental through Trump International Hotel management or from an approved 3rd party property manager representing the owner.

The property includes three restaurants, a physical fitness center and spa, meeting rooms, and a swimming pool on the sixth floor lobby level. The lobby is elegantly appointed and includes displays of fine art by local artists. Owners as well as guests can choose to purchase daily maid service, laundry service, and room service. Parking is by valet only.

Floors 8 to 23 include studios and one and two bedroom units utilized primarily for short term stays; one, two, and three bedroom units are located on floors 24 to 34. Floors 35 to 38, the Trump Levels, are the location of the most upgraded units, including the penthouses. Prices of currently available units, which are sold fully furnished, range from $449,000 to $7,800,000 fee simple.

Condos with one bedroom or more include full size kitchens with top-ofthe-line appliances, washer/dryer, and quality finishes. Studios are equipped with kitchenettes. Flooring is travertine, marble, and ceramic tile with carpet in bedrooms and main living areas. Countertops in kitchens and baths are marble or granite.

Realtor Megumi Fujioka of Century 21 All Islands-Waikiki is a specialist in high-end properties in Waikiki and elsewhere in Honolulu. She has sold 11 units in Trump International Waikiki, including developer-owned and resales, and is currently listing two studios and a two bedroom, two bath unit.

“My studio units are located on the 16th and 23rd floors and the two bedroom, two bath on the 26th floor. The smaller 16th floor studio, priced at $475,000, has mountain and city views.
