Allure Waikiki, West Waikiki’s newest luxury condominium residence, was completed in 2010 and sold out in late 2013. Rising to 35 stories on a 2.25 acre site at 1837 Kalakaua Avenue, Allure includes 291 one, two, and three bedroom fee simple units, two of which are now being offered as resales by LIST Sotheby’s International Realty.

Developed by the Chicago-based Fifield Companies, designed by Architects Hawaii, and constructed by Charles Pankow Builders, Allure was named “Residential Building of the Year” by the Institute of Real Estate Management. An attractively landscaped park-like area with native Hawaiian plants, ponds, and a fountain designed by landscape architects PBR fronts the building. Finishes in the open-air lobby and residential units are by Philpotts & Associates.
