Island Spaces Partners With Clients To Give Back
Island Spaces, a recently-formed, kamaaina-owned real estate company, is led by a team with over 40 years of experience in serving buyers and sellers in Hawaii.
Realtor Associate and Partner Charles Meyer, a native of Hawaii with a family history of service to the community, and Principal Broker Neil Petagno, a well-known commercial Broker and developer, have established a new general brokerage firm providing exceptional services island-wide in residential, investment, and commercial properties.
“We are committed to making the process of buying or selling real estate a smooth, seamless, successful transaction for every client,” Meyer said. “Our service is very personalized…which our clients agree has made the difference for them in working with Island Spaces. Our success is based on developing strong relationships with our clients and earning their trust.
“When I returned to Hawaii after ten years working in New York City, my plan was to enter a service business that would benefit the community where our family has its roots. My great grandfather, George Campbell Munro, was an early conservationist who made significant contributions to the environment of Lanai by planting the Cook Island pines to bring long-term restoration to the island’s watershed.
“When I finally designed and built my first home here in beautiful Manoa Valley where I grew up, I realized that making it possible for people to establish roots here through home ownership was a very worthwhile goal. My co-owner/partner
Neil and I share the same vision.
“Our islands are really a composite of beautiful spaces. Our goal at Island Spaces is to help our clients find their personal space, whether it be a house, condo, land or business.
