Sales have been launched at Keala o Wailea, the Wailea Resort’s newest luxury condominium residence, with Wailea Realty Corp. offering 30 units in Phase One at prices starting at $739,900 fee simple.

Armstrong Development has partnered with A&B Properties to develop the new Maui project, which will consist of 70 two- and three-bedroom condominium units in seven buildings. The 7.4-acre property overlooks Wailea’s Blue Golf Course, the South Maui coastline and Maalaea Bay.

Keala o Wailea’s twoand three-bedroom units, 14 of which are penthouses, are oriented to capture the spectacular views. Interior living spaces range from 1,248 to 1,715 square feet with covered lanais from 129 to 246 square feet. Three interior design palettes are offered.
