Oceanfront Options – The Leeward Coast – Makaha

Oceanfront property – whether it meets the sea with sandy beach or rocky shoreline – is by nature scarce, and consequently commands premium price points. Currently some of the best options for buyers and investors whose priority is ocean frontage can be found on Oahu’s Leeward Coast…and a full range of property styles priced from the mid $300,000s to just under $2 million is available. An assortment of beachfront condos, both fee simple and lease-hold, are utilized variously as full time residences, vacation homes, and rentals.
