Olomana Heights Homesites Now Available For Viewing
The 64-acre gated community consists of two-acre homesites, of which 19 are graded and construction-ready. Seven homesites in Phase I are currently for sale with prices starting at $1,225,000.
“Owners have the opportunity to build their dream home using architects and builders of their choice,” said Chad Waters, managing partner of GreeneWaters.
The roads have already been paved for the main portion of the community. Two of the lots will have their own entrance road, which connects to Old Kalanianaole Road and is currently under construction. The main gate house will be completed in the next few months. Irrigation has been installed throughout the community to maintain the common area landscaping, which includes fruit-bearing trees, such as papaya, lemons, bananas and oranges.
“Olomana Heights is designed for people who love nature and the outdoors,” said Tyler Greene, managing partner. “Conservation land surrounds the community … hiking and biking trails are steps away. Kailua Town, with its ever-increasing and diverse options for shopping and dining, is just a short drive.”
The current buyer demographic includes couples and families attracted by the peace and tranquility of the setting, combined with easy access to the conveniences of an urban center, including elementary, middle and high schools. Recreational opportunities in the area include three golf courses — Olomana Golf Club, Koolau Golf Club and the public Pali Golf Course — some of Hawaii’s best sandy beaches rimming the Windward coast and, just a few miles up Kam Highway, Kaneohe Yacht Club.
“Homes built by lot owners will have spectacular views depending on the homesite they purchase and where they decide to situate their home. Some homes will have views framed by the Koolau Mountains and Mount Olomana; others will feature views of Kailua Bay and beyond,” Waters added.
