Owner-Occupants Dominate Was Village Demographics

Of the 424 total condominium homes in the 43-story highrise, only nine homes are still available and are offered at prices starting in the $800,000s. According to Howard Hughes Corporation senior vice president of sales and marketing Bill Pisetsky Sr., more than 91 percent of the residences have been sold to kamaaina.

Currently, nine homes are available, all three-bedroom, two-bath residences on high floors with views of Diamond Head, the ocean, city, mountains and coastline. The units are approximately 978 square feet and designed with an open floor plan.

Ground was broken for Ke Kilohana in October, and completion is scheduled for 2019.
