HOMES-011716-1Sales and construction continue at the Park Lane Ala Moana luxury condominium at 1388 Ala Moana Blvd. The seven-acre project is a development of AMX Partners LLC comprised of The MacNaughton Group, Kobayashi Group and BlackSand Capital LLC, together with landowner General Growth Properties Inc. The first phase of construction is projected for completion in the first quarter of 2017, the final phase by the end of 2017.

Park Lane extends approximately one-quarter mile along Ala Moana Boulevard from Piikoi Street, where the main entrance is located, and connects to the Blooming-dale’s/Nordstrom wing of Ala Moana Center. It will consist of seven 100-foot-tall, six-story towers constructed on two stories of private parking and comprise 219 private-ownership residences with 90 unique floor plans. Available-unit prices range from approximately $2.7 million to more than $28 million with interiors from 1,600 to more than 6,000 square feet and private lanais from 288 to 1,188 square feet. Residences will look out to the ocean across lushly landscaped courtyards and Ala Moana Beach Park.

Because of its innovative architectural plan, a number of the residences are situated on lawns and most will feature extra-large lanais with custom grills and outdoor cooking areas.

Variations from unit to unit make the project unique -— some will have a private pool or spa while others may have a garden or private enclosed garage area. Another distinctive feature is direct, private, secure elevator access to Ala Moana Center.

Amenities include a residence club, fitness center, resort-style spa and swimming pool, and concierge services typically offered by top echelon hotels. The “Park Lane,” a 1,133-foot-long walkway surrounded by plush island landscaping and extending the entire length of the project, serves as a buffer between the mall and the residences, as well as a walking path and open-air connection between the towers. The buildings, garage and entrances will be secured around the clock and completely separate from regular mall traffic.
