UNDER THE RADAR: Starter homes for less than $700K

Home sales statistics can be intimidating, especially if you’re an entry-level buyer. While the Honolulu Board of Realtors® recently reported the median sales price of an Oahu single-family home was $782,500, it’s important to know that half the
homes sold for more than $782,500, but more importantly, half sold for less.
Under $700,000, there are some pretty great buys and all you have to do to find them is weed through the listings. And you have to act quickly, because if there is one thing that defines great starter homes, it’s that they don’t stay on the market for long.
