Veterans United Home Loans of Hawaii
This month Veterans United Home Loans of Hawaii will present a special seminar at a new residential development, Maili Beach Place, a townhome community offering units at price points that will appeal to our veterans. The location in Leeward Oahu will also be attractive to many of our military families, with its close proximity to a beautiful sandy beach, recreational facilities, and the city of Kapolei.
In addition to obtaining the most current information on your VA benefits and how you may be able to qualify to buy one of the new condominium homes, you will be able to meet with the RE/MAX sales team and the developer to obtain detailed information on the project.
The seminar will be held Thursday, February 7, at 6 p.m. at Maili Beach Place, 87-176 Maipalaoa Road, Unit 9, so you will have an opportunity to view some of the completed homes. Of the total 63 townhomes planned, 26 have been built and 17 of these have already been sold. So the seminar will be a good opportunity to learn about your VA Home Loan benefits as well as view the homes built if you are interested in obtaining one of the remaining completed homes. The entire project is expected to be built out by this summer.
3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath units start at $280,700, 4 bedroom, 3 bath units at $380,000. Appliances, split A/C, and two parking stalls are included in the purchase price. The complex includes a pool, clubhouse, and park.
According to the developer, a number of veterans have already purchased in Maili Beach Place. In addition to utilizing the 100 percent financing option, you may also be able to take advantage of assistance with closing costs and, after approval, move in with nothing out of pocket. As an additional incentive, the developer is offering to cover up to two months of your mortgage payment for referrals.
And, regardless of your decision regarding buying now or in the future, keep in mind that Veterans United continues to offer a program that offers the best financing terms available in the marketplace today. Your service to your country has earned these outstanding benefits, which include lenient eligibility requirements, no mortgage insurance premiums, high loan limits up to $750,000 in some parts of Hawaii, no repayment penalties, competitive interest rates, and what some consider as the greatest benefit, zero money down for qualified borrowers.
If it is not convenient to attend the Maili Beach Place presentation, please note other upcoming opportunities to attend one of our free seminars in the box below.
Or you may wish to make an appointment to meet with one of our experienced lenders at our office by calling 676-8254. They will analyze your current financial picture and come up with the best plan to help you achieve the goal of home ownership. There is no cost for a private consultation with a Veterans United lender, so whether or not you’re ready to buy at this time, there is no time like the present to start the planning process.
Veterans United Home Loans of Hawaii is the State’s Number One VA dedicated lender. Over the past year the company has loaned approximately $200 million and helped more than 350 families achieve their dream of home ownership.
“You’ve served our country. Now let us serve you.”
