Fetching a mere $10 million or more, the top five sales on Oahu in 2019 were, for the most part, no surprise. One in Kailua Beachside, another in Lanikai and a third at the bottom of Diamond Head — all oceanfront. And while the limited square footage of beach frontage available on the planet makes such properties rare and extraordinarily valuable, two inland homes also earned the distinction of being included in the top five.
