What can you buy today for $794,750 Or Less?

It’s can be discouraging to read about how much it costs to buy a home on Oahu. But while the Honolulu Board of Realtors® reported the median sales price of a single-family home here in November was $794,750, it’s important to remember that the “median” means half the homes sold for more, but, more importantly, half the homes sold for less.

A check of the island’s active listings on hicentral.com reveals some great homes right around $794,750 or less. If you’re looking for a single-family home with three or four bedrooms, maybe a yard for the dog (or weekend barbecues), a first-floor bedroom, or simply to get away from homeowners association fees, check out the following sampling of dream homes for sale.
